Release Notes v7.11

The following new features have been added in this release:

  • Increased granularity of delivery events in Trend and Projection
  • Search on previous (and future) registration numbers
  • Reduction in aircraft profiles’ load time
  • “Companies in this role” option added to the maintenance section

Search on previous (and future) registration numbers

The aircraft quick profile search available from the homepage has always allowed you to quickly jump to a profile if you know the current registration number or the serial number. We’ve now updated this so that it will also search for previous registration numbers (and also for future registration numbers). So even if you don’t have the latest registration number for an aircraft, you can still quickly find the profile.

Reduction in aircraft-profile load time

We’ve been working hard to reduce the load time of aircraft profiles. The first-time load of a profile (since midnight, by any user) is down to 50% of the original load time. Any subsequent loading of the same profile on the same day is down to just 12% of the previous load time. We’re working hard to try and reduce the first-time load time even further.

Increased granularity of delivery events in Trend and Projection

Until this release it was only possible to view all delivery event types as a single metric in Trend and Projection. We’ve now split this into the sub-delivery types, so you can now trend just orders, LOIs, options, etc.

“Companies in this role” option added to the maintenance section

In the maintenance section, in the header of company columns – e.g. operator, MRO provider – we’ve added the option to view “companies in this role” from the column header to bring it in line with the grids available from the other search sections.
