Release Notes v10.3
On Tuesday 10 July we will be releasing the following enhancements:
- A means for users to report incorrect data on company and aircraft profiles
- Removal of the LinkedIn column from the People tab in the Company section
- Change to the default order of columns on the Summary tab of the Aircraft section
- Increase in the Default number of rows in tables, from 20 to 100
- Find-a-filter search box always has cursor focus when landing on a search section
This is our first release since completing many months of GDPR-related tasks. This release contains a collection of small enhancements and a bug fix.
Reporting incorrect data on company and aircraft profiles
If you notice incorrect data on aircraft or company profiles, you now have an easy way to report this to our data team. On the top of each profile you’ll see a red link; clicking this link will open an email window. Simply enter some details about the data in question and why you believe it to be incorrect, and a member of our data team will investigate.
Removal of LinkedIn column from the People tab in the Company section
Due to the GDPR we’ve had to remove the LinkedIn column from the People tab within the Companies section.
Default order of columns on the Summary tab of the Aircraft section
On the Aircraft Summary tab of the Aircraft section, the order of the Summary columns was previously:
- Total LOI
- Total On Option
- Total On Order
- Total In Service
- Total In Storage
- …
This has been changed to:
- Total In Service
- Total In Storage
- Total On Order
- Total On Option
- Total LOI
- …
Default number of rows in tables increased from 20 to 100
This is a small change but a welcome one for many of our users. We’ve always had the option to view 20, 50 or 100 rows within a table, with the default being 20. The first thing many users do is to change this to 100. So, we’ve made 100 the new default.
Find-a-filter search box always has cursor focus when landing on a search section
The find-a-filter search box is part of each search section and the quickest way to quickly apply multiple filters. It’s possible to use this without reaching for your mouse, but recently we introduced a bug where this search box did not have the cursor focus when landing on the page. This has now been fixed. Whenever you land on a search page, you can start to type the name of the filter without having to place the cursor in the search box.
