  • Britten Norman BN2 Islander Taxonomy Update

    Based on market feedback, Cirium is making a minor update to the Britten Norman BN2 Islander and BN2A Trislander types.

    The following Aircraft Type descriptions will be amended as follows:

    BN-2 will change to BN2 Islander

    BN-2A Trislander will change to BN2A Trislander

    All relevant master series, type series and sub series will also change from BN-2 to BN2.

    If you have created Saved Searches with the BN2 Islander/BN2A Trislander included or involving those market groupings, please check them and update if necessary.

    Changes will be effective in the data from Monday 19th January 2026.

  • Helicopter Histories Update

    In the next two months, our data team will implement substantial updates to the records of two key military helicopter models: the Boeing AH-64 Apache and the Boeing CH-47 Chinook.
