A319, A320, A321, A330 neo families, and Boeing 737 name changes

So that our aircraft naming is more consistent across the product, and to bring it more in line with convention, the brackets have been dropped from the A319, A320, A321, A330 neo families, and Boeing 737. e.g A320 (neo) is now A320neo. 737 (Max) is now 737 Max.
